Pokemon Epilog Z is a Pokemon fan game which was made from RPG Maker XP. This game is in development since July 2016.

But the idea to create a sequel to Pokemon XY comes from all the way back, when there were rumors of the supposedly Pokemon Z. They just have the slight improvements or advancements.
Plot Details

This game takes place 5 years after the events of Pokemon X & Y and lots of thing have changed in the region. New Pokemon Forms, (Mega) Evolutions and Baby-Pokemon have been discovered by the so-called Evolatorium.
You will enter the roll of a new talented Pokemon Trainer, that moved from Hoenn to the South of the new Kalos Region. Your siblings Maya and Ferrio will you on your adventure, after your father (Frontier Brian Brandon!) gave you your first Pokemon.
What dangers will you face on your adventure? What new friends will you make on your way? Let’s find out!
